Need help finding some old songs

The songs I’m looking for have Street Fighter sound effects (some that I remember vaguely would be Ryu saying ‘Hadoken’…or when he does his tornado kick thing).

I also know that these songs are techno or rave in style, but they are not ‘techno remixes’ of Street Fighter themes, just techno songs using Street Fighter sound samples – like Hadoken and the tornado kick move.

I do remember finding them in the 90’s somewhere on the web.
