Basically, I ran the game using no$GBA and recorded the music tracks from the in-game Sky Jukebox using Audacity 1.3 Beta. The tracks loop once and fade at the end. It may not be the ultimate quality out there, but without the actual 2sf files (or whatever-the-heck this game uses for audio; I heard it was a different format, hence the difficulty to make a rip of it) it’s hard to truly capture the utmost quality of these tracks. However, they’re much better than the other rip(s) I’ve found across the Internet.
(No offense at all to the other people who’ve ripped their soundtracks, of course. In fact, I admire the fact that they tried their best with their versions.)
Nevertheless, I hope you all enjoy this particular game rip. If there are any issues with it, feel free to let me know! :3
YOU sir are a friggin genius! perfect quality! All the songs are there! o.o LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They’re split up for a reason– to allow their being hosted on MediaFire while bypassing the free account’s 200MB upload limit. 😛 The entire soundtrack is around 606 MB.
I apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience. ^^;
(By the way– before posting this, I tested your scenario by downloading Part 1 only. When I extracted, it prompted me for the second part. I canceled the extraction, checked the folder and it only had 47 files. The whole soundtrack is 140 files. So, yes, you need all three parts unless you want only a portion of the soundtrack.)
