I was wondering if anyone can end the mystery for me by identifying a particular piece of library music that I’ve heard used in several TV shows over the last couple of years. It’s featured most prominently as the outro music of the A&E show Hoarders. The piece can be heard in the following clip from the Discovery ID show Disappeared. The piece in question begins at 3:17. I’ve coded the following link to jump to the correct time.

I’d appreciate any help you might be able to offer. Thanks.:)
