Now, what are the chances you’ve got the Criterion Collection commentary for this w/ director John Sturges?

I have the LaserDisc but my LaserDisc player is on loan to a family member who wanted to watch my Japanese import of Song Of The South, so I have not been able to do a rip of late.

Well I’m very interested in hearing this apparently legendary commentary track, so if you could rip it when you get a chance, it would really be appreciated.

hello all; as dotsam, i’d be very interested by this commentary. Even though he is not my prefered hollywood director, Sturges was a wondrous technician, his camera moves are stunning.

I second this. This would be an internet/worldwide exclusive if only he could rip it. This needs to happen ASAP. It’s the track PTA kept referring to many times about how he learned filmmaking through it.
