To lazy to bring up all what’s in there.. there is over 32 albums so it’s ALOT.
But it contains all old scores, all the released and unreleased score’s from all of the games, and some remixes and etc.

Hmmm… Probably lossy, and its source will likely be switchfreak’s http://forums.ffshrine.org/f72/complete-metal-gear-soundtrack-collection-53048/…. If memory serves me right, this pack lacks some Fan/Recently released soundtrack. You’d better keep these as lossy, since the "Fan Soundtracks" made from the Metal Gear Solid unofficial fansite were lossy-only releases.
