Hard to say, did they even make an OST for Chou-gekijouban Keroro-gunsou 5 -Tanjou! Kyuukyoku Keroro Kiseki no Jikuujima de arimasu!!-, so I think it’s a theme composed just for that film. There was an OST for films 1-3 but I think 4-5 didn’t get one. Hmm..
