I only extracted tracks from "Music".xxx files, If you want to extract more sounds, voices or objects :

1/ You have to extract the Audio.xxx and Music.xxx files located in GearGame/CookedXenon directory with Unreal Extract soft (http://www.gildor.org/down/20/umodel/extract.zip) from Gildor (Gildor’s Homepage (http://www.gildor.org))

2/ After extracting .xxx files, you will find audio files with .Soundnodewave extension, convert them to XMA with Quickbms and this BMS script :

Copy and paste the script as SoundNodeWave2XMA.bms (credits to Alpha23) :

It is Jablonsky, it’s just he is a boring composer. Kevin Ripl was so much better.

I doubt it. I thought Steve Jablonsky have done a great job of composing the scores for Gears 3.

Link is down again, but the official soundtrack did get released, and it sounds AMAZING!!

A re-upload would be nice, though.
