No such thing as a wasted registration on the shrine. Keep in mind this thread is a few years old, and the OP’s re-upload post is from 2012 as well. I’d say try not to sound rude and politely ask for a re-upload. Animositas has re-up’d this rip at least twice already, more than most would normally do. But… if he did decide to re-upload again I’m sure it would make a great many people happy *wink wink*.
