Jumbofiles is okay but the download speeds are only good if you do a free register with them.
Mediafire seems to be okay too.

Yeah, Mediafire is okay for small files, but the max size is 200 Mb. And the rar creator I use on my Mac only allows maximum part sizes of 100 MB; so a 650 Mb file would have to be split into at least 7 parts… too much of a hassle.
