Its an amazing film, its definitely one of the best films ever made. Enjoy the music too, its sheer bliss. I love ambient music.

I also got the official album (lossless) and there are some tracks that are longer, for example the unusued The Police Won’t Help You Find Your Car or What’s Your Daughter On… Were they separated or something? If so, which tracks are all-new?

The OST is in suite form, and also contains alternate (i.e. non-film) versions of certain tracks. The Police Wont Find Your Car was a sorta jam session, IIRC. When it was mixed into the film, they just faded it out, before taking it out.
