Kei Yoshikawa or Yoshikawa Kei is exacty the same thing. I see you dont have much of Japanese knowledge. :p
In Japanese it is read and said Yoshikawa Kei. Out of Japan they put it otherwise.
It is like "Burger Cheese" and out of Japan is "Cheese Burger". I dont even know if that made sense. XD
