I have a friend on the forum who’s having problems in having their password reset. Currently they are unable to access their account. They have requested a new one several times now but haven’t received any e-mail so far. Can anyone recommend anything please.

Tell them to create a yahoo account and change their email in the settings to that one, then try again. Seems like some email addresses are having trouble with receiving activation emails and password reset, apparently. No guarantee that it’ll work, but worked for someone i helped a few days ago anyway.

He has forgotten his password altogether- so he can’t get into his settings account. So where does he go from there?

Only an admin can help then. Try contacting one of them with his username/email address and maybe they’ll reset the password or change it for them.
