I’m working on making a FLAC version of the Aquanox and Aquanox 2:Revelations soundtrack. I already did a MP3 version of it, but that was a long time ago and I used extractor programs, namely UnMassivePAK, to extract the files.
2 years and a new computer later, I’ve lost all my data and the tools are unavailable as well.

So… I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the .pak format? Would be nice to start with some knowledge before I start this thing from zero.

Yup it is. That’ll save a lot of time, thanks!

Lemme see how far I can get with this, but with some luck that should be it.
