Logic Pro 2 (Arcade/1997) OST request

Recently I’ve been trying to record the soundtrack from an obscure arcade title known as Logic Pro 2 by going into the test menus and into the sound test, but the BGM listing in the Sound Test menu does not go anywhere beyond the third song in the soundtrack (which is the Stage 1 Theme) as shown below:

Even though it says that pressing left and right on the first player’s joystick changes the music "code", it never works. I’ve tried downloading another ROM of the game, and changing the controls, but I can never get it to work.

If someone could maybe perhaps record the OST and upload it in .ZIP format, or at least figure out how to work the Sound Test screen, I’d be honored.
