Just started FF13

I actually got the game about 7 days ago and just started playing last week. I don’t think i need to review it because several people have echoed my opinions about the game in my review. I will say though that i like this game. I viewed some of the game in a walk-through on on Youtube so i know about some of the problems of this game. I like the music a lot though and my favorite theme is the battle music "Blinded By Light" which in my mind reflects the feelings of Lightning and a few other characters. SE could have done better, but in my mind they still did good.

I wouldn’t call FFXIII a favorite of mine, but it is a good game. What I do love about XIII is Lightning. I also love most of the music, especially the ones I got off iTunes: Defiers of Fate, Lake Bresha, Blinded By Light, The Gapra Whitewood and The Sunleth Waterscape. I think what I really like about the game is how aesthetically pleasing it is. I still need to finish this game, though, before XIII-2 comes out. I’m thinking of just starting from the beginning.

You just mentioned all of my favorites. But i have to include Daddy’s Got the Blues as well. I love some old school blues and jazz in my video games.

Oh God yes, the soundtrack to XIII is very very good. It covers a very broad range of styles. Perhaps not to the extent that FFX did, but it was still satisfyingly diverse enough that I imported the 4 disc OST.
