It’s not missing, the numbering is just off by 1. Track 02 is actually 01 etc.

No it’s not, Track 1 is actually missing! The tracknumbers are not displaced or off by 1, there is just a track missing.

Banili repackaged the collection and misplaced "01 – Main Theme.flac".
The set in the link I provided is actually complete, it contains all tracks. If you already downloaded from Banili’s links then you only need to download the first part from the link I shared, and from that part only the first 20MiBs. It doesn’t matter if the archive is incomplete because you only need the first file in its contents which is "01 – Main Theme.flac".
Problem solved.
