And I have to ask the same question regarding Don Davis. It’s a true travesty that this man went from the Matrix Trilogy, and especially Matrix Revolutions, which I consider to be the crowning achievement of modern epic (an overabused term these days) scores, to scoring only one more major Hollywood release, for "The Marine." Did Hollywood just reject him, or did he really leave to work on operas?
