This is extracted directly from the DVD audio files, and converted to FLAC and then converted to 320KBPS CBR MP3!!!!!

These are the PS2 exclusive tracks ONLY, composed by Gavin Parker and include none of the licensed songs

4 albums worth of tracks neatly organized and tagged at an impressive 614MB size

and the audio quality is superb. i may release the FLAC version for you anal audiophiles one day

but until then, i hope you enjoy

Could you upload a FLAC version aswel? Also, what programs and settings did you use to rip it from PS2? I have the .MS files.

i used audacity to record the audio from my ps2 to PC..i recorded the audio direct to wav. files

note that i did this about 4 years ago .. i’d have to re-rip everything again in order to give you flac files cause i no longer have the original wav files

i’ll do it one day!! when i have the time

no i cant.. i dont have any of the other test drive games, nor have i ever heard the soundtracks to them.

Righty-o, after 2 years, I found that you can rip the music direct from the game files to get best quality. you need "towav.exe" and get that to process all the .MS files from the game music folder. To make it easier, you can batch file on windows like so:

@towav.exe *.ms

to make the job easier.

After that, just compress with Wavpack/FLAC/AAC/MP3/w/e.

I actually have a new and improved Test Drive Unlimited Soundtrack that I will be posting in the very near future
