Splashman from the megaman network said he ordered his copy of this soundtrack last week.

Also Rockman GFF and Milo said in the MegaMan/Rockman Music Thread (page 40) , that they ordered copies as well.

the earliest i guess that a rip of this soundtrack from one of them will maybe on thursday or saturday this week
