Musical Performances Anyone?

Hi everyone =)

First post here… just wondering if anybody here enjoys FF music (or any other kind!) enough to perform it themselves and post it. I guess I’ll go first… my goal is to try and upload something each month (I’m not good enough to get multiple pieces down per month =P) The last one isn’t from a video game but I thought I’d post it anyway =P

That’s good stuff, d00d! It’s really nice to see someone uploading videos to YouTube with audio in mind. My first thought was ‘Oh god, he’s going to be recording it with a headset mic’, but you didn’t. It sounds good, the human touch always brings a piano to life, and Ivory makes sampled pianos sound so much better.

I wrote an arrange of Vamo Alla Flamenco for jazz violin. I work as a recording engineer, play bass, and I have Ivory, so all I need is to meet a violinist who’s willing to get shit tracked up, and everything will be dandy.

I wrote it for my piano trio, but seeing as half of it moved away*, we disbanded. I wanted to record it, but never got a chance to, we didn’t even get a chance to play it on stage, boo.

*We weren’t really a piano trio. I play bass, and my friend plays piano. We’d find a third man for whenever we were performing. Violinists, guitarists, saxophonists, drummer, whatever, to complete the trio. After I moved, she was all ‘meh’ on the idea of finding two people to perform, so the idea of the trio went kaput.
