Do we know which individual tracks are by Hans, Heitor and Pharrell? It’s nowhere to be found on Zimmer’s site…

As far as I know, Hans didn’t co-compose the score with Heitor and Pharrell. He only produced it. Also, I think both Heitor and Pharrell are credited for composing all of the tracks, just like Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard are credited for composing all of the tracks for The Dark Knight.
