I know there was a FFVIII cutscene compilation released not long after FFVIII was released (I managed to grab one), and your upload is identical to the one I have. Not trying to be critical etc, just that there was a compilation of FFVIII’s cutscenes already available.

No, sadly it’s not in HD. Just the same definition as what was in the game back in 1999 (year of it’s release).
