I know there’s The Birds, but I don’t think music would work for that particular scene at all because of what Hitchcock’s vision was.

What about this?
Good idea, but I think the problem is that those movies (and scores) are so iconic.
Season Five’s ‘The Body’.
It’s got quite a few scenes might play differently with score. Mostly melancholy tones but I think there’s a short fight scene at the end too.
This is for the FSM Composer’s Challenge?
I could mention the T-Rex attack in Jurassic Park, The extra vehicle activity scenes on 2001, or virtually all of The Day After, but of course, they were never meant to have a score. Most film scenes without music have so because it is felt to be stronger without it. So your at a bit of a disadvantage.
So…
Any silent film. (They all had scores, and some had some pretty good ones, but nobody really knows them.)
