Look around a little bit before reposting stuff, and at least try to see who shared this first, because they most likely are the ones that deserve credit here. Then you download FLAC FRONTEND : FLAC – download (http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html)

Then you open your wave files in Flac Frontend, and you just "encode" them, tadaaaaaa !
