Heh, 8-bit SOCOM; nice touch. I would have preferred it to be a track in its own right, but given the level of awesome this release represents, that’s a minor complaint… besides, there’s enough dead space that one could use Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) or something to split the track if really desired.

I Wonder if that 16bit remake is because Bear did the same for dark void.

No, there isn’t, but your EAC configuration could be set for better rip, take a closer look at: defeat audio cache, make use of C2 pointers and gap handing options.
Don’t get me wrong, I truly appreciate your time and effort to make this rip.

Re-uploading means that the person is sending the file again to the file hosting services. Sometimes file can be deleted because it’s illegal 😀 Or sometimes file is deleted because lack of recent downloads.

Regarding SOCOM – Ethnic Selections (Thread 79929)…it appears to be music from SOCOM Confrontation (2008) (although there has never been a release of an OST, at least i can’t find any info about it)… but i’m quite sure of it. The track "22-Endgame" is definately from Confrontation!

i know that Justin Burnett only made the score of SOCOM: Confrontation (until SOCOM 3 James Michael Dooley or simply Jim Dooley was the composer, for SOCOM4 they chose Bear McCreary)

This is probably a ripped unofficial score by Jessie.
