This blog has some very professional looking artwork for various gamerips. This one for Wolfenstein looks great but has a different tracklisting as it was obviously made for a different rip.

Yeah it includes all loops which almost doubles the length. The source I used did have 109 tracks but they looped three times and faded out about 15 seconds in the 3rd loop. What I did here was removed the loops and try to create the most consistent presentation of the score by mixing the cues associated with the track titles and placed them all in chronological order (still kinda confused on where Queen into Veil goes since I don’t particularly remember that piece of music and I assumed it was the finale piece. Feel free to cite me on that if I’m wrong.) using a walkthrough since it’s been a while since I played the game. I did see those covers which led me to believe this rip did exist but had the most difficult time in the world tracking it down (since doing searches inside the VGM Legacy thread lead me nowhere). Anyway this is ALL of the non-looped music from the rip I found. I had to re-rip this a few times since I did the rip kinda quick the first time and missed a few loops. This is my finished product.

hey cody, thanks for your work on this, about to listen to it now! only my second Bill Brown score. Any other recommendations of work by him (preferably orchestral)??

If it was sampled, damn I’d love to know what samples he used. It sounds completely real to me so I’d wager that it’s performed with a real orchestra. I noticed I made a few errors while compiling this (honestly, you’ll be having too much fun listening to it to really notice) so I made a new rip that corrected those problems. It was mostly extra loops that I had forgot to trim down initially. I’ll get it uploaded as soon as I can.

Another good score from Bill Brown is his score to the film, The Devil’s Tomb. It reminded me at times of the score to Wolfenstein (it just has that unique sound) and I overall enjoyed it. The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction is also quiet nice.

Really liked this, although I wasn’t left with a theme in memory after one listen, it definitely it more cinematic and melodic than I was expecting (as opposed to lots of VG scores which seem to have lots of endless, generic action loops). Definitely sounds like a real orchestra, still wish i knew who though.

Have "Incredible Hulk" on my list of his to check out next, although sample cues I heard didn’t sound terribly great, but will give it a chance. Also heard about Devil’s Tomb, so will check that out eventually too, thanks all!

For those interested, I’ve remixed and cleaned up this score a bit. I’ve also ripped a few tracks from the Bill Brown website and mixed them into the suite since the quality was a bit better than the original OGG files. I’m currently working on uploading it. It’ll be up in an hour.
