If this was my thread, I’d only accept MP3s at 320 kbps, or FLAC, but 256 kbps MP3 is acceptable in my opinion. Just please, NEVER EVER EVER EVER even touch 128 kbps MP3s.

The game is heavily Yoshi’s Island-themed. It was originally released in Japan as Panel de Pon, however, they "Mario-ised" it for other releases, like they did with Yume Koujou Doki Doki Panic

I’ve been Looking EVERYWHERE for a Game Rip/OST of Mario Tennis: Power Tour for the Game Boy Advance! I tried to get it from GoronMoron, but once the download finished, my PC wouldn’t let me open it! Can you create one for me? Thanks!

You PROBABLY got a miniGSF set. I’ll try and get it. Meanwhile, does moosehunter, furrybob, or someone of that name come here? I can tell you, that he has found a method of ripping Super Mario Sunshine with out sound effects, which is MUCH better than slippyToad (no offence intended to slippyToad). Rather than what seems like recording from the game, and muting sound effects some how, these seem to be taken directly from the disc itself, which means you’ll hear parts you’d never normally hear, and it also means the Boss theme will have that missing stringed instrument.
An example of parts you’d never normally hear, would be the small intro of drums on "Pianta Village Band" or "The Local Band Helps Celebrate", which I have a video containing, right here. Moosehunter/furrybob/whoever, hasn’t finished them yet, although by now I’d say he only has about 7 left to do. There are about 46 songs in total, if I remember correctly, and when he’s done, if he doesn’t beat me to it, I’ll upload it here. He’s also able to do Luigi’s Mansion. And if slippyToad’s thinking "What about me?", well, of course, I appreciate your hard work :P, but if you think about it, it’s not the most perfect rip, seeing as there are still some sound effects, however, the fact there are very little sound effects, the only ones being a clip of the countdown at the beginning of "Event" for example, and some cases where it wasn’t possible to get the full version, like this:

So, in short, rather than think something like "My [slippyToad’s] version sucks ballz", think more along the lines of "My version’s pretty good, but could be better" 😀 (Does anyone find it hard to say "I’ve found a better version than yours" without making it seem like you’re putting them down?)

I just thought of another one I’ve been trying to look for. I know that a lot of people have the Game Rip/OST for the DS version of New Super Mario Bros., but I’ve yet to find one that’s SFX-Free. if you could create a Game Rip without any of the SFX, I’d really appreciate it!

SlippyToad has a FLAC of that without SFX. It should be in his topic, something like "My own gamerips" or whatever. As for the Super Mario Sunshine rip that furry bob (assuming it’s the same furrybob that’s known as Moosehunter on Smash Boards), he has got the basic tracks ripped. All that needs to be done, is the Yoshi parts, then there’s the timing, and tagging. No one really wants a soundtrack with names like BGM_MAMMA instead of "Gelato Beach" that runs for an oddly long time of 6 minutes or whatever and suddenly stops XD. He said he’ll make his own topic, unless he sees this and posts it here. I’ve listened to the non-timed and non-tagged versions. Also, did I mention they’ll be FLACs?

If you see some track numbers missing, it’s because I didn’t include the faster versions, as I found them unnecessary.

I managed to upload Parts 2 and 3 of a 4-part split RAR file of slippyToad’s New Super Mario Bros rip, directly from the 2SF rip, however, for some reason, I can’t upload Parts 1 or 4, because when ever I upload anything to mediafire, it just instantly fails.

So I’m going to try uploading it to my own file host.

EDIT: Jesus Christ, my upload speed is awfully slow. I’m trying to upload about 2.09 GB worth of FLAC, at what seems to be a very unusually slow 13.3 kB/s (according to speedtest) — dividing 2.09 GB by 13.3 kB/s will give me the estimated time it will take, which calculates at… FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU….. um…. well rounding it to 1 decimal place… 1.9 days — FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU….. seriously, how the HELL does ANYONE upload anything so quickly? Do you have like 50 megabyte per second upload speeds or something? That being said, if I was able to upload this at the speed I SHOULD be uploading, it would take about 4.9 hours. When assett1 has more time, i.e. when the Eastern Music Festival has finished, he should be able to continue on his work on Mario Kart: Super Circuit. If he wants to, I might ask if he can also do New Super Mario Bros or Mario Kart DS, since the only method of getting these, which is the 2SFs are OK, but there aren’t any 100% accurate plug-ins … most of the time, there’s some slight crackling or popping. I could even get him to remaster Mario Kart 64 for example.
I’m not quite sure exactly HOW close to this effect he can get it, but I asked him if he could remaster Mario Kart 64 in such a way that it’d turn:
