This is a very hard to find OST with some catchy tunes, I ended up finding it through a YouTube user who found it through a Japanese user on niconico. Here’s a song from the game:

I am sorry to say this, but this is not the official soundtrack.
None of the tracks correspond to the official soundtrack tracktimes. There is also a sound effect track at the end that is missing.
You should not include the covers then.

This is awesome, thank you for posting this! I came across it tonight through Song of the Week (sotw.info), am eager to hear more.

I’m sorry, I don’t have PCCB-00108. But if you’re okay with a large FLAC download, Arcade Disc in JALECO -VARIETY- (Thread 166371) contains a newer recording of Soldam.
