Question about .flac files…

Hi, I hope I’m posting this in the right forum, if not I apologize.

I was wondering how do you guys listen to .flac files you come across? Do you convert them and put them on an iPod, or something else?

For ipod use, download dBpoweramp and convert them straight into ALAC. You can also use Foobar2000 to convert flac to mp3 and what not.

CON: ‘OGG (FLAC) to MP3’ default setting compressed the output to 118kbps. Unclear if this is adjustable in the free version.
