Interesting. While I wonder how it is they’re referring to this release as ‘Volume 1’, though, given the existence of a prior incarnation (http://vgmdb.net/album/5875) (which I did scoop up a while ago), this should nonetheless be worth a listen. So yes, thank you.

Ok, Achtung! Achtung! Advertisement! I am currently looking for that "prior incarnation" in its original CD form. Apparently CCP Games stopped selling the disc in 2009, and right now its nowhere to be found. So if anybody knows where to buy or have one for sale, please drop me a PM. 🙂

May I suggest the EVE Online Soundtrack Cold Storage (http://www.modenstudios.com/EVE/music/)? It may not be the official CD here, but it’s got all the in-game tracks, plus the expansion themes, trailer music, and some sort of three-disk fan project.
