Thanks for going through the trouble and getting this up. I’ve been waiting a really long time to listen to this game’s soundtrack this was the only thing missing on youtube.

Because it’s not released anywhere. I actually went through a couple japanese torrents to find the original videoclip with this (and found a dvdrip) after which I ripped the audio as wav, cut out the intro and outro parts that weren’t parts of the song and saved as mp3. Enjoy.

I downloaded an archive called "&" with out extension, how does it work?.

Umh it’s not an archive. It’s a MP3. The reason you most likely got it like that is because the filename is written with jap font (which you don’t have it would seem), so just rename the downloaded file to whatever you want.mp3 (making the extension mp3).
Then it should work no problem.

Yeah no problem, I’m rarely online these days so excuse my late replies 😛
Anyway, I too hope it does come out in english, although looking at SEGA’s recent international politics, it’s actually more possible that it won’t come out outside of Japan, sadly.
