Help Identifying New Age Track

Here’s a sample of the track in question:

It’s recorded live from a restaurant in Epcot in Walt Disney World. I’ve tried digital music identifying programs and nothing’s coming up. I’ve heard similar tracks, but I just can’t identify this one. Any help is greatly appreciated!

*takes a listen*…………………. *listens again*……………… oh gawd that sounds familiar………………… It doesn’t sound like a new age track, I think it’s a rendition of an 80s song or something. Now this is gonna bug me 🙁

I’ve been listening to this track for 2 days and it’s driving me insane. I figured it was a new age track because it’s in a loop with other new age music (Yanni, Fred Simon, Patrick O’Hearn, and others), but I might be mistaken. It does sound ridiculously familiar.

I’m trying to find a lead to what it is but coming up short. I’ve found a couple of sites that might be helpful but you have to register to them to even see what’s in the indexes 🙁 If you feel like taking a look at them…. Supposedly they have musics that play in the loops in the park.

edit – I’m having a tendency to try to hum the rest of the bit and my brain rolls into TalkTalk – It’s My Life………… but that’s not it at all. My brain is so very wrong on that one…

edit #2 – and then my brain screams out Styx…………… that isn’t right either…………………. is it?

edit #3 – There’s also epcot music loops on youtube. Maybe there’s something there that can lead to the answer…

No idea myself, but I’ll be rooting for misu to find it xD

The MouseBits website is actually where this originated from. Several of the tracks in the loop that contains this one are from the old Wonders of Life Area Loop in EPCOT, but this track is not among the ones from that loop. Similar songs appear in the old Tomorrowland Area Loop and the Honey I Shrunk the Kids Studio Set Area Loop in Disney Hollywood Studios. Unfortunately, none of the songs in any of them match this one. And it’s really getting on my nerves trying to figure out what this track is.
