I always though it’s considered more ‘professional’ to have a single flac + cue, is it not? And if a person wants to have separate tracks, he/she can easily do so with just a few mouse clicks, using .cue.

Actually I agree with you, and myself prefer fully tagged separate tracks, but being familiar with some other ost sharing communities like astost.com, 0rz.co and such, anyone would notice that their releases follow this rule = 1 big lossless file + cue + log. So i thought it was a standard thing to do.
