The one in here is not the fully complete Saw V Score. It’s mostly complete (it’s actually the best we have right now), but it’s not TOTALLY complete.

i remember i downloaded all the scores once but lost everything on my ipod 🙁
but luckilly i had half my music saved on cds, now im just downloading the ones im missing and the saw scores are ones that im missing 😛

cant remember where i got them the first time but thanks to you i found them 😀

all saw scores are complete, i remember when i had them i deleted almost half the songs from saw 4-6 beacuse they were mainly alternate versions of certain tracks.
so instead of 61 tracks (in saw 4 for example) its only 47 of the actual score. i dont mind having the alternate tracks but the differences from each track is sometimes minor… yet they are complete scores like 54 tracks (saw 2) that is entirele the actual score and no alternate tracks

SAW III – 54 tracks, 1:41:40, 262.2MB, 320 kbps
SAW IV – 63 tracks, 2:04:31, 292.3MB, 320 kbps
SAW V – 64 tracks, 1:49:35, 251.2MB, 320kbps (w/ some 128 kbps)
SAW VI – 50 tracks, 2:04:21, 282.2MB, 320kbps
SAW 3D – 34 tracks, 1:20:02, 175.9MB, 320 kbps (w/ one 128 kbps)

‘Unreleased/Rejected’ – 21 tracks, 00:34:28, 31.9MB, 128kbps

TOTAL – 363 tracks, 11:27:57, 1.40GB

I have spent alot of time to get these… i ripped SAW III, SAW IV, SAW V, & SAW VI from EMP’s website before they made changes where you have to be registered to even listen to tracks

my buddy did a DVD rip for ‘End Jill’ & ‘Burn Lair’… they are really good… have some SFX… but good enough until we get the REAL thing

Don’t bother wasting your time, I just dl’ed it and it’s just the 16-track promo combined with the tracks from the commercially-released soundtrack that have the same names…
i.e. There’s three parts to Fuck This Shit in this 25-track version: A, B, and C, and the A and B are the ones from the 16-track promo, and C is just "Fuck This Shit" from the regular commercially-released soundtrack. It’s the same case with Cigarette, X Marks the Spot, We’re Out of Time, Hello Zepp, Zepp Overture, Reverse Beartrap, and he even put Hello Adam in there… >.>

Can’t believe I wasted my time in registering, and the Saw V 61-track score he has he probably got from a link that my friend posted on FFShrine a couple months ago…

It gets even better. When I contacted EMP, they said that they didn’t even get full scores from Charlie, only a selection of tracks. There’s no way you could ever get a complete score or a complete tracklist from EMP, only if you’d request them off Charlie.

The entire score would be a deliverable to the dubbing stage (at the very minimum) and would be the property of the production company. The entirety would have to be approved and edited multiple times by multiple people. It’s bound to be a Pro Tools pre-dub in a backup somewhere. They just may not KNOW they have it.

Yeah, so very frustrating. Though I did find a few rips of "Burn Lair" on YouTube, there was one almost perfect rip that I found, but with a few volume problems (kept getting higher and lower every now and then), though I managed to fix them with a sound mixer.

They took the five descending notes from End Jill and put them at the end of Zepp Seven, and made it The Final Zepp. The real Zepp from SAW 3D has one single ending note. 1st october with out a SAW film since 04… i 1st go into the series in 07

saw the SAW IV teaser… went & rented 1-3… rest is history… now i own them all on DVD or bluray.. some movies more than once

"The Final Test", "Zepp Five", "Zepp Six", and "The Final Zepp" are all different than the movie versions, with the movie versions usually being better.

I think it could be okay if Gordon wasn’t just in the ending, but I gotta say that his appearance times were all wrong. I mean, if they’re going to stick him in the beginning of the movie, HE SHOULD BE A MAIN CHARACTER, and not just randomly popping up for his…what was it…ONE little cameo which was like an HOUR before the ending? Since they didn’t really make his character very relevant to the main plot of Saw VII, I agree with you–it would have been better if they saved him for the very end.

Well okay yeah, now I know what you mean, especially with "official" releases…I’m not a big fan of those. I like the originally-recorded music from the movie, instead of the convoluted shit that someone throws together (probably the composer–LOL, sorry Charlie) for an OST release. Not to mention how those are always missing at least, like, HALF the original music, discounting the alternate mixes and other unused cues.

Well, the "Zepp" tracks aren’t drastically different, but they are, some more than others. I think (if my memory serves me correct) "The Final Test" is an alternate arrangement of the film version. "Zepp Five" has slightly longer intro that sounds a little different as well. "Zepp Six" has a echo in the film version, along with some slight added choir in the background. Also, the sound quality sounds different than the score version. And, I mentioned the difference in "The Final Zepp" versions in a previous post.

I also love the point you made about the OST. Usually it’s just a suite composed some of the tracks from the score being meshed together with some editing. And I know what ya mean about the missing tracks. One track I was really hoping would be on the Saw VI score was the music where the TV comes on right before "Zepp Six", but it wasn’t included. Plus, it always seems like the best tracks are the one that are left off or edited in the official releases.

Supposedly there is, and that is the supposedly-genuine tracklisting. Alas, it was just never released.

– Theatrical Cut
– Unrated
– Director’s Cut

so… "The Final Test" is different… especially on the DC

And thats the reason alot of people didn’t like it: because it was just a slightly remixed Zepp Five (just shorter with more electric guitar slides and a higher tempo), which itself was a remix of Let Go. Even though it’s not original or anything, I still thought it was pretty cool. Zepp Six is probably the one that had the most creativity.

Wow, I never realized that! And now that you pointed out, the musical styles of each piece are consistent with every other piece in each character’s tracks (specifically "Final Test", since I think it’s the only Zepp to be a direct remix of the original "Hello, Zepp"). Speaking of which, I was actually hoping that SAW 3D would have used some remixed version of the original piece (as a homage to the original), instead of using the "Let Go/Zepp Five" mix. But then again, SAW 3D felt like an entirely different movie compared to the previous six, since it was made so anyone could watch it without having to know the entire storyline (mostly because it was a 3D flick).

Ya know, even though I didn’t see any in the tracklist for the 71 Track version of the SAW 3D score, I wonder if there were any other mixes for Zepp Seven. I know there’s three listed mixes for Hello, Gordon, but none for Zepp Seven.

I find this alternate mix of "The Final Zepp" to be interesting, specifically how the open bars end with that echo of the final note before going into the rest of the theme.

Thanks so much! That had been bugging me for days!

Also, if anyone is interested, I made a "Final Zepp" cut that eliminates the part at the end from "End Jill", so it’s just like the film version: ends on a single note. Not a big deal since that’s the only change, but still. I made it for a SAW project I’m working on and I’m willing to post it.

I’m also trying to work with the 5.1 audio mix from the film to implement the choir sounds into the track as well. The choir is almost entirely in the SL and SR channels, so I’m attempting to take "The Final Zepp" from the soundtrack and split it into 6 channels, replacing the SL and SR channels with the ones from the film. It sounds alright so far, but its by no means great (It has some SFX). If I get it finished I’ll post it (I’m a noob when it comes to 6 channel audio, so it might take some time).

Wow, this thread has been dead for a little while.

When I try to combine the SL and SR channels of the 5.1 mix (the channels containing the choir and that echoed scream right before the saw toss) with the soundtrack version, it always seems like the last part of the theme is out of sync by just a tad, giving it a real distorted echo sound, even if the rest of the theme is perfectly in sync. Dunno why that is, though. Maybe I’m missing something because I’m a noob at audio editing.

Figured it out.

Anyways, this the normal soundtrack version of "The Final Zepp" (except now it ends with a final note), mixed in with the SL and SR channels from the Blu-Ray. The channels are unedited, so there’s a fair amount of washed out sound effects, but still.

Hmm. I’m rather skeptical about that. I and many others before me have sent them requests for membership and access to the catalog a long time ago, and they have always been denied.

You also mentioned an (or the) incident on the HoJ forums on the subject of Charlie’s scores. So I take it you were on those forums, back then as well? And please, if you would help me be a little more "at-ease" about this, would you mind telling us what bit of information you believe could cause the HoJ incident to repeat?

I ask because, we all should be aware of and remember that, how we are actually using this forum isn’t exactly considered to be legal.
And I also put it to anyone of authority reading this that I, personally, am willing to pay a large YET reasonable sum of money for these scores.

i can reasonably argue that they were fake. like the cues he gave us for saw 3d, their tags dont even match with the ones that came directly from the EMP catalogue. if you look at the cue listing and watch saw 3d at the same time and check off whatever cue is used for the scene youre watching, theres already one cue missing for the flashback to saw vi when jill leaves hoffman for dead in the reverse beartrap and he escapes and jill hides. it just goes right from "tablesaw" to "hoffman face" in that listing, nothing in between.

w/e my point isnt that strong but still since the cue tags dont match the ones on the evolution catalogue, its reasonable and justifiable to say that that guy was full of shit. at least for saw 3d cue listings.

yeah btw in his "rejected cues" which i dl’ed a long time ago all he does is pick the tracks that contain music thats available to us, like in saw v when they set up the gas house we saw in saw ii, he just used "x marks the spot" and "lesson", and if you listen the audio cuts off completely at the end, because in "lesson" it has one more note than the saw v version……..the fuck’s he kidding? not me. and the "clinic party" track (which by the way is bullshit its just a track from the expanded saw 1 score mixed with another one with some audio reverb shit, and the little "flares" in the music dont even line up with the dialogue for that scene. i tried using his clinic party track with my saw vi w/o music vid, doesnt work, epic fail by him). what you would think is the alternate version of "bullpen" from saw vi doesnt sound like saw at all, because its the fucking deepwater promo.

Speaking of which, another track that got left off of the score was a short, more mellow and somber version of the piano melody from the Pig Juicer track, which played in-between the two "Zepp" tracks in the Director’s Cut ending.

Wow, this thread has been quiet for a while.

Anyways, I think I finally found out the differences between many tracks on the SAW scores and the film versions. Even with tracks like "Let Go", "The Final Zepp", "Zepp Five", which are the same as the film versions, they are lacking the reverb channels. When compared to the 5.1 mix from films, it seems like the released tracks from the score are only comprised of the front two channels; this is why you never hear any reverb in these tracks, because they are in the rear channels.

Also, in cases like "The Final Zepp", it is the exact reason why you don’t hear the choir: they are almost exclusively in the rear channels, though this isn’t the only case. "Let Go" features more strings in the back channels, as well as some extra instrumentation that isn’t present in the score version.

Just thought I’d point that out.

Seems like all has gone quiet.

Too bad we’ll probably never get to hear the tracks with the instrumentation and reverb in the back channels, as in the film versions. The tracks seem more lively with the back channels mixed in, even when listening in normal stereo.

Yeah who knows what could be next…though I think there are other scores more commonly wanted than SAW…like Zimmer’s Inception. But then again, that might just be a reason to let them out…nobody cares about SAW anymore 🙁

I’m thinking that, if we do get any more Saw tracks, it’ll be a whole heap at once, rather than just a few tracks. At, least I hope so, but I think that’s how it’ll happen.

that Saw II score that he shared is available on both EMP catalogs. i’ve had it for awhile now, even since before he posted it.
he said he’s scheduled to release Saw IV in about a week. as of right now, I’m a tad skeptical, given the circumstances.

i still hope that what SAW’s he’s got and what he’ll share are legit.

But EMP is annoying I ask them twice and there is no reply and Administrator don’t accept my account… Have you talked with EMP about Saw complete score ?

i’ve tweeted to him about any possibility of a release of the complete scores for SAW, twice. its been about a year now, and so far he hasn’t replied.

It’s load of shit why can’t EMP just release all scores ? What do you think ? There is gotta be some sulution… It maybe take long but we need a plan we need lie something to them… Maybe create many fake accounts and ask them to release full score so they pay some atention ? There is gotta be some way or I go to their studios and steal everything hahaha… Because I’m very huge fan of Charlie Clouser I really wanna get scores like in first saw where is Tapp watching Zepp and where is Dr.Gordon discovers that Adam take photos of him sounds like saw 2 score ”Bullshit”
Oh I just forget to say if you don’t know you can get few tracks from first Saw (uncut version) It’s Zepp Overture(Alt.)
