Thanks for the upload, by the way.

Aye…sadly, this is all there is. The score for the Black Pearl has never sounded like it’s supposed to. Someone screwed up in the post-production and they decided not to fix it for the Soundtrack Treasures Collection. If you’re looking for more Pirates music, take a look at my threads. My Curse of the Black Pearl score is still in the works.

The thing is that in my opinion, you need good headphones for these scores. Listening them without headphones is in fact kind of ruff :). I mean they do come off as lower than usual, so the overall sound is lost without headphones and the bass is in charge pretty much everywhere. Now with headphones though, you will hear all the little details in these scores.
Black Pearl, gotta love that shit, awesome score!
The reason why I’m making such a big deal out of this is because the movies didn’t really sound like this at all. Plus, this is the first time I’ve heard a Zimmer score sound like this. His stuff may be action heavy, but at least it still sounds organic and real.

I don’t have any actual proof to back this up, but I do believe all these scores are from a real orchestra. Actually, wait…there is this: YouTube – HANS ZIMMER PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN ORCHESTRA HD (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDzd88KJc-4)
I know several sources say that Curse of the Black Pearl was synthesized, but as I said earlier, that was all due to an error when they formatted the music onto the official release of the CD. As for the other two movies, there is a certain static about some tracks but that could be attributed to this: Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest (soundtrack) – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pirates_of_the_Caribbean:_Dead_Man%27s_Chest_%28so undtrack%29) (See the first quote by Zimmer near the start of the article).
I don’t live in the USA and I can’t download it from either group of links..

Cornelius….I do not have links for mp3. Unless someone posts, best bet is to dl these and convert. There are a number of free converters out there, and even I found them easy to use……
Oh, and it seems the Hotfile links also are still alive.
I wasn’t sure at a quick glance if Hotfile was a complete set of links.
(some people prefer to stick with the same hoster for all the parts).
In some cases it needs to be the same hoster… in this case I don’t think it does.
… It seems he still doesn’t understand the whole idea of links ?.
He seems to think he needs to download all of the files within a Multiupload link, instead of just one of them.
One from EACH of the multiupload links !.
I never wanted to be a teacher… that’s why I became a programmer.
But as I said, in this case a pick’n’mix approach should work.
What I normally do is copy all of the multiupload links into Jdownloader, and it then determines which components are still active.
Yeah well don’t forget this was the snippy person who uploaded the files you were finally able to work out how to download. It’s hardly rocket-science.
And all you did was post that the links were dead in 4 different threads (when they were not), and send me a PM saying the same thing.
