I’ve seen 16 be called ‘Tension’ on two youtube videos though that’s not official.
Militant Force 2 has been labelled as such because it’s a variation on Militant Force from Red Alert.
As for 19 I have no idea, though it could justifiably just be another tension theme as it has the same style.
Appreciate the cover art but you can get an official one from iTunes.

#16 is indeed Tension. As a former player of this game, I recognized that theme (which just so happened to be one of my personal favorite music tracks in the game) the moment I played it. #19 happens to be the credits theme of the original Red Alert 2 game, and #21 happens to be the score theme.

When you say the "original Red Alert 2 game" do you mean the one we are talking about?

EDIT: btw I named 26 as score because it is labelled as such for the Yuri’s Revenge expansion pack.
