I really need to thank you for ripping this, because it’s an incredibly rare soundtrack to find in album form and, listening to it now, my suspicions were correct: it’s a really great A-Train OST, and now I want to find that album so bad. Thanks!

I still have the original A-Train on commodore Amiga and PC, think i still have the OST to that that i "ripped" (is it still ripping if it’s from floppy discs?) if any of you are interested?

I’d like to have that, actually. I think the music was redone by Maxis, but I know enough about Artdink’s A-Train music to tell the difference.

I found this link explaining a way to rip the soundtrack’s from A-Train 2001 and 6, though it’s a Japanese site (��A��֤ǹԤ���2001�ס�A��֤ǹԤ���6�ץ�����ɥ� ��å�������ˡ (http://sx-7.net/a2001sound/)). More importantly, to me, is that the rip doesn’t seem to be complete, and now I wish I could somehow track down the album to listen to that unused track, the other jingle, and generally compare the sound quality of the rip and the album. Oh well.

—If at all possible, could you rip A-Train (IV Evolution) for the PS1? That album was from the Daisuke Nakakaze/Koji Hayama era, and generally preceded the musical direction set in place by Osamu Yoshida on A-Train 6.
