Umineko No Naku Koro Ni: Ougon Musou Kyoku Music Collection (Unofficial mp3 VBR)

EDIT: I forgot to mention the archive is a compressed 7-Zip file, so please use the freeware program 7-Zip to unzip the file to your desired folder.

Here is the music collection of the just-released fighting game, Ougon Musou Kyoku, based on Umineko No Naku Koro Ni. Most of the music is mostly repeats of music from the original novel, such as miragecoordinator. However, it also features remixes of a couple of tracks, as well as other extras. As a bonus, until I can get a proper rip of the opening theme, the 7Z archive features an iPod mp4 video (I assume it’s also compatible with PSP and Zune and iPhone but I have yet to confirm) version of the opening, in high quality, converted directly from Quicktime Pro. Once I have a proper mp3 of the opening, I will post it along with some decent album art.

Sadly, I will not do reuploads. Users are free to make them and post them here, however. I apologize for the inconvenience. Credit for the rip is appreciated, but not necessary. Please support Ryukishi07 and 07th Expansion by importing the game, if you are able to.

The rips are high-quality mp3 VBR, converted from WMA. Surprisingly, the quality didn’t suffer. Sooo… yeah, enjoy. 🙂 They were uploaded using MultiUpload, so if one link doesn’t work, the other has to. :3 Murr.

It has tracks featured from Ougon Musou Kyoku, yes, but it’s NOT the game’s official soundtrack. Musicbox red is for the novels. I did a convert mostly for myself, since my iPod won’t accept wma- I just shared the file. The mp3 has the original filenames, but the tracks have the author of each song and their name. So yes, it’s tagged. And the original video file was too big to upload, wise guy. XD

And by the way, no, the raw data file isn’t usually the best format to upload. :T I’ve been here four years and demand is for mp3’s, not wma, hence this upload.

I absolutely LOVE this soundtrack. Best part was when the tracks are extracted from the ISO, they were already labeled. Made easy. And looks like you beat me to the punch on the upload. Still, the wide variety of styles makes this really great.

XD lol, but mine are converted to mp3, though they retained the Contributing artist and Title fields. You can upload the wma version if you like. :3 And yeah, the soundtrack is really great. Just wish there were more remixes though- Happy Maria! BAND ARRANGE is amazing. But as it stands the music is great.

And I’m still working on the OP and makeshift album cover.

Naw, I converted those wma too. Modified some too. Felt dreamenddischarger was too long at 9:28. As for a make shift cover, I felt the standard game box art works quite nicely.

That’s what I used. If you find my size too small, sorry, but I make all my covers 500×500. Personal preference.

Oh no, I wasn’t insinuating anything either. I was just sayin’, was all. But maybe you can answer this? What are VS01 and VS02? I’ve never heard any versus music, and I can’t place them.

You might as well… I haven’t seen any rips of the song. As for Ougon’s theme, expect a rip sometime today. Been sidetracked with stuff.

Thanks for searching and everything, I happen to have the official trailer in 1080p from the Japanese Playstation store, so audio bit rate and volume will still be good. I’ll post the audio after I’m done ripping it.
