Time of Honor OST (orchestral/strings/polish)

Score from the polish tv series called "Time of Honor". When I bought it I was totally blown away. Now I just see decent score which at times tries to be a bit too Hollywood like (even if orchestra is small). Still it’s not Hollywood;).

Thanks for the fine score herbaciak. The composer is new to me too, but this TV series (about the Polish resistance to the Nazis in World War II) is apparently very popular in Poland.

Track 2, “Escape” [Ucieczka], is a particularly thrilling 5 minutes of very descriptive music. Maybe this should be in the orchestral thread too?

And all who’s saying that composer is new… well, he is new. To my knowledge it’s his first big score.

I came to know this score through Sorei and her impeccable taste.
Downloaded it and immediatly burnt into a CD so sure I was that I was going to like it.
But what a big surprise when the music began and my hair went up and tears came to my eyes.
Especially after learning that it is music to the Polish resistance to the Nazis.
