Please help if you know FF, Metroid, or other SNES music

And please tell me where you think it’s from, and what part of the game. I am going crazy searching for it. It sounds like either FF or metroid, but it could be something like megaman. It’s definitely a Japanese game, probably for SNES or N64. Help would be great.

Definitely a SNES game, I don’t have my music collection with me. But I don’t know if I’d go and call it metroid right away.
