Hokuto no Ken Japan exclusive CD request

Hey guys! Im not the type who requests things, but here Ive come to a dead end.
Im a big Fist of the North Star fan and i recently heard about a CD which is Japan exclusiv eincluding remixes of some FotNS songs.

It is on the Japanese Itunes store, but hell one cant buy from there without a japanese account.

Well in fact the only thing I need is the Silent Survivor (Hard ver.) Song. I just found out that Tough Boy (21st Century) is out in european iTunes. Those DJ Mixes are most times awful…
