Is it newly composed music or Silvestri edits? If new, who composed the score?

There is newly composed music but all I can definitely say is that they used the main theme from the films. I haven’t heard the original scores so I can’t really elaborate further.

According to the Telltale Games Twitter account, all the music is new except for the main theme.
