Is there any chance that you could do a rip of the PlayStation 2 version? This rip has all of the licensed songs, but there are a lot of original compositions by Bruno Coon that aren’t included here. And if not ripped, the songs could be recorded from the in-game jukebox.

As far as I remember Cars Mater National contains most if not all the tracks from the 1st game so you may want to try this ps2 rip (42 tracks)

Not bad, not bad at all. It’s honestly more than I’d bargained for. I just have one small problem with it. Some of the songs loop and don’t "end". In particular, a song from the PS2 Cars game called "Italia". While the song itself is in Mater-National, the song ripped from Mater-National loops and was edited in the rip to play only once. In Cars (PS2), the song has a legitamate beginning and end and doesn’t loop. I would prefer if I had the Cars (PS2) version of the song instead of the looping Mater-National version.
