Bennett Salvay Rare Score Pack

This is a collection of scores from composer Bennett Salvay, frequent collaborator with Victor Salva. Two of these scores were pre-Jeepers Creepers but you will find elements he later used in his JC scores.

First up is the rare nearly complete score for Victor Salva’s Lance Hendricksen-driven action thriller, Nature of the Beast. Once again this release is free of any SFX and is encoded in 192kbps. There are 12 cues associated with the film score followed by 3 string quartets by Bennett Salvay. There is also a brief sound byte from the film itself. This was Salvay’s first film working with director Victor Salva.

Next up is the rare complete score to the survival thriller, Rites of Passage, directed by Victor Salva, their 2nd collaboration. Once again, the score is free of any SFX and is encoded in 192kbps. This includes an alternate version of the film’s main title sequence at the end of the album.

Last, but certainly not least, is the rare complete score to the 2006 flick, Peaceful Warrior composed by Bennett Salvay, their 5th collaboration. There was a promo released on iTunes that claimed to be the complete score but only featured 26 of the 40 tracks presented here and ran about 15 minutes shorter. This release is completely free of any distracting SFX and is encoded in 192kbps.
