Anime this LD cover is from?

Anyone know what anime this laserdisc cover is from? It looks like an ecchi Sailor Moon parody (the characters strongly resemble Mars, Venus, and Mercury), but I can’t seem to find the name of the series. The white box in the corner doesn’t contain the name, BTW. That’s just a watermark. I think this might be a bootleg cover for something; at least that’s what I’ve heard.
Anyone seen this before?

I didn’t start that thread, but I’m very curious as to what this is from.
