Help with Gundam Seed Destiny (English) Tracklists

I am attempting to update the tags on any of my .mp3s that are in Japanese, but I am having trouble finding English tracklists for Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny OSTs 2 – 4. I haven’t had any luck finding translations.

Does anyone have an English tracklisting? Or can anyone direct me to a website that does? Any help is appreciated.

Do you mean English, or romanized Japanese?
I have my translations if you need them.
I found a web site that does romanization of kanji if you need that instead.

I’ve found that looking up the track listing on CDJapan – Japanese Anime, Jpop, Japanese music, Game music, Japanese movie, CD, DVD – (http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/) then feeding the URL for the particular album into Google Translate (http://translate.google.com) works:
