SOZ, I figured it out, but it still need advice, how do use actually use in_vgmstream, the instructions are to vague

i cant extract 🙁 same ‘unknown method’ when extract

Okay, so how do I go about converting these to .wav so I can convert then to .mp3? I found nothing on ADPCM towav, and a .bms script didn’t work.
