Nice of you to upload! And rather convenient to be so soon before I searched for it. However, I think the tag of "H. Shikawa" is invalid. The sound program & effect person credited in the game is H Shikama with an M, in an admittedly unorthodox font, but the next credit suggests Norio Hanzawa actually made the music anyway.
