To me it looks like that the file is just not available anymore from u115. And yes, the link was probably also posted on VGMU, since the ripper (shylph) is a admin/mod for that board.

I would like to see this too, the game has a lot of music – I just wish I could listen to it on my PC rather than my DS and its terrible speakers. 😛
