What does it mean when you receive blue rep?

I keep getting a blank one, which I believe is Neg. Or it’s dark blue or purple, I guess.

I think it has something to do with Neg having all that negative rep, he gives it out to.

Blue or green it doesn’t matter. It’s a good way to add extra comments, private jokes etc.

Yup! I’ve really enjoyed rep because I can use it in place of making posts like "this is a good post" or "it is awesome that you like this" and stuff like that. It’s like Whose Line, the points don’t matter. I might re-do the things it says when you hover over someone’s rep though, so that can be a little more fun.
